Kinark believes that the most effective services are those that are provided in a responsive and respectful manner and in a partnership with families. As part of this commitment, we invite families, caregivers, and youth to work with us to identify and shape how we meet the needs of children and youth with complex needs and their families.

Kinark volunteers make a difference in the lives of the children, youth, and families we serve by sharing their time, empathy, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Whether you volunteer for a few hours a week, a day, or an evening each month, your contribution will have a long-lasting impact on the Kinark community.

All children deserve the chance to reach their full potential. Unfortunately, for the one out of every five children and youth who struggles with mental health problems, this can be a challenge. The Kinark Foundation offers hope and help by supporting our mission – helping children and youth with complex needs achieve better life outcomes.
